To sign up for the AHEFCU Electronic Bill Pay program:

1.  Click on AHEFCU Homeline HFS link or under Other Links on the left-hand side of the homepage.

2.  Click on Account Login tab, and enter your secure login information as requested.

3.  Once logged in, click on the Services tab on the left-hand side of the page. 

4.  Click on the Bill Pay Application, complete the requested information and then click on Submit.

Protecting the privacy of your personal information is a high priority for everyone associated with out Credit Union This notice describes how we protect your personal information and gives you the opportunity to let us know if you do not want certain information about you disclosed to other parties.

If you decide to terminate your membership with Atlantic Health Employees Federal Credit Union or become an inactive member, we will not share information we have collected about you, except as may be permitted or required by law.


What Members Can Do to Help

Atlantic Health Employees Federal Credit Union is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. Members can help by following these guidelines:
  • Protect your account numbers, plastic card numbers, PIN (personal identification numbers) and passwords. Never keep your PIN with your plastic card which can provide free access to your accounts if you card is lost or stolen.
  • Use caution when disclosing account numbers, social security numbers, etc. to other persons. If someone calls you and asks for your account number, you should beware. Official credit union staff will have access to your information and will not need to ask for it.
  • Keep your information with us current. If your address or phone number changes, please let us know.

We've named the teller system EMMA - Easy Money Management Assistant. With this 24-hour telephone teller system you can reach your account anytime, day or night. In effect, we've put a teller in your home, office, car, or anywhere there is a touch-tone telephone.

By calling EMMA, you can:

  • Check your balance
  • Make withdrawals
  • Transfer funds
  • Verify deposits
  • Make loan payments                
  • Inquire about cleared checks
    &   Much, much more

EMMA IS EASY TO USE!
All you need is the following:

  • Your account number as listed on your statement
  • Your Password - Contact the credit union for your EMMA password
  • Touch-tone telephone 

When you call EMMA, her friendly voice will guide you through your transaction. Changes that you make to your account are made immediately, accurately and confidentially.

USING EMMA 
Accessing your account is easy:

  1. Call EMMA at (908) 522-3530
  2. Enter "1" for English or "2" for Spanish
  3. Press option "1" and then enter your account number followed by the "#" key
  4. Enter your four digit password followed by the "#" key
  5. Follow the system prompts

Once in the system, you will be asked for a two digit suffix number. A complete listing of your suffixes is available by following the system prompts.
Some of the more commonly used suffixes and their conversion numbers are listed below:

  • Suffix A - Savings = 21#
  • Suffix H - Holiday Club= 42#
  • Suffix 0 - Checking = 10#
  • Suffix V - Vacation Club= 83#

THINGS TO REMEMBER 

  • Press the "*" key to return to the previous menu
  • Press the "**" keys to repeat the current menu
  • Press "0" to speak with an operator (during regular business hours
  • Press "9" to end the call
  • Enter the exact amount for each transaction including dollars and cents (example: for $100.00, press 10000#)
  • You don't have to wait for the voice prompt, you may key ahead at anytime during the session

Atlantic Health Employees Federal Credit Union was originally Chartered on June 6, 1974 as Overlook Hospital Employees' Federal Credit Union to serve the employees of Overlook Hospital. Since then, the credit union has expanded its charter to offer its services to other groups associated with the hospital. The Credit Union has, in the past few years, progressed from a "plain vanilla" credit union to one that offers services at a level normally found only in credit unions twice its size.

At Atlantic Health Employees Federal Credit Union, we've grown our membership from the ground up. Deeply rooted in the philosophy of "people helping people," our strong focus on member relations is not a byproduct of our success, it's the source.
